GOOD QUESTIONS
Wondering
how it works?
We're still building. Here are the important things to know.
Can I book an activity right now?
Not yet. We're in early access and onboarding local activity providers. When confirmed openings and booking become available, we'll say so clearly on the website.
Does joining early access cost anything?
No. Joining the early-access list is free. You can choose whether you'd like to receive emails about launch news and future deals.
Where is KidStandby launching first?
We're starting with Richmond, Midlothian, Chesterfield, Henrico, Short Pump and nearby Virginia neighborhoods. We hope to add more places as the marketplace grows.
How will discounts work?
Participating businesses may choose to offer special pricing for select available spots. Prices, restrictions and cancellation terms will be shown before any future booking is accepted.
Do you operate the kids' activities?
No. Activities will be run by independent businesses. Parents should check a provider's safety practices, policies and suitability for their child.
I run a studio. How do I join?
Use the provider form above to tell us about your business and openings. We'll review what you send and follow up about possible participation.
